Terms of Service
These terms cover quotes, bookings and work carried out by Groundfolk. We've kept the plain English.
Quotes
Quotes are free and based on the information and photos you provide. If the job turns out to be materially different on site, we'll talk to you before doing extra work.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Bookings and access
We'll agree a date or visit schedule with you. Please make sure we have safe access to the garden, including gates, and that pets are kept inside where needed.
Weather may occasionally move a visit. We'll let you know as early as we can and reschedule promptly.
Payment
Invoices are issued after each visit or on completion of the job and are payable within 7 days unless agreed otherwise.
Regular garden care is priced per visit. There is no minimum term and no tie-in.
Cancellations and liability
Please give us 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a visit where possible.
We are fully insured and take care of your property. Pre-existing damage, hidden services or plant loss caused by conditions outside our control are not our responsibility.
